PUBLIC NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING The Zoning Hearing Board of Barrett Township has scheduled a public hearing in the Barrett Township Municipal Building in Cresco, Pennsylvania on October 30, 2018, at 6 p.m., for consideration of a Variance and Appeal Application from a Decision of the Zoning Officer involving a zoning permit denial. The Applicant, Lynn A. Callie, seeks a determination or a variance under the Barrett Township Zoning Ordinance that she may rebuild a storm-damaged garage on an existing concrete foundation that is in a nonconforming location. The garage was struck by a falling tree and later demolished. The existing foundation does not meet a 25' rear setback requirement and the garage structure no longer exists. The property is owned by the Applicant and is located at 6673 Route 191, Cresco, PA 18326. The property contains 0.35 acres and has the tax parcel identification number 0163870314221. It is in a Mixed Use - Village (MU-V) zoning district and is improved with other existing buildings and improvements.
