Act 2 Final Report Public Notice Notice is hereby given that J.A. Reinhardt & Co., Inc. has submitted to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP), Northeast Regional Office, a Final Report regarding a site located at 3319 Spruce Cabin Road in Mountainhome, Barrett Township, Monroe County. The report documents the remediation measures conducted including localized excavation of impacted soils, and indicates that the soil and groundwater at the site have attained compliance with the statewide health standard established under the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act.
