Lothar was proud of his Military service in the US Army as Private First Class. He enjoyed watching Football, Baseball (NY Yankees/NY Mets), gardening, Feeding the Wild Geese, Ducks and Deer's that came every day to the house. He loved all the family dogs; Feldmann I, II,III, Heidi, Rollmops and lastly Little Susi. Also, our only Cat Tiger. He enjoyed having them all by his side.
Lothar is predeceased by his parents; and two sisters, Anny and Irene.
Lothar is survived by his wife, Elisabeth Schenk; two sons, Erik Schenk, Wolfgang Schenk and wife Barbara; two grandchildren, Kathrina and Alexander; and great grandchild, Nelly Schenk (Kathrina's daughter).
Family and friends are invited to attend a one hour Visitation from 10:00a.m. - 11:00a.m. on Saturday, May 6, 2023 at Bolock Funeral Home, 6148 Paradise Valley Rd, Cresco, PA 18326. The Funeral Service will begin at 11:00a.m. at Bolock Funeral Home, with burial to follow.

Lothah Schenk
Lothar Alexander Schenk, of Cresco, PA, passed away on April 27, 2023 at the age of 85. He was born on August 20, 1937 in Germany to the parents of Eva (Hoffmann) and August Schenk. He was the loving husband of Elisabeth (Perz) Schenk, with whom he shared 60 years.
