BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors of Barrett Township, Monroe County herby requests a PA Small Water and Sewer grant in an amount not to exceed $500,000 from the Commonwealth Financing Authority on behalf of Presbyterian Senior Living to be used for water and sewer repairs associated with their facilities in the Township.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Applicant does hereby designate the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors to execute all documents and agreements between the Township of Barrett, Presbyterian Senior Living, and lhe Commonwealth Financing Authority to facilitate and assist in obtaining the requested grant. Presbyterian Senior Living will be fully responsible for grant administration and project completion and all costs associated therewith. Barrett Township shall have no financial obligation in connection with this grant or the project as a result of its role as grant applicant.
