During the activity day, Baseball Specialists are on the fields, instructing, coaching and umpiring baseball and softball to a wide range of campers. When not at baseball / softball, they are scheduled back with their respective bunk of campers.
There is scheduled time off each day as well as days and nights off throughout the course of the summer.

Applicants should be someone that makes baseball a big part of their life. They should possess the knowledge on how to teach the fundamentals (hitting, baserunning, fielding), rules of the game, and game strategy. Most importantly, applicants should be passionate about teaching baseball / softball to kids.
