Public Notice Final Report - 108 Golf Drive

Notice is hereby given that a Final Report has been submitted to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, Northeast Regional Office, in Wilkes-Barre, PA to demonstrate attainment of the Site Specific Standards for soil and groundwater at the property located at 108 Golf Drive in Barrett Township, Monroe County, PA. The responsible party has indicated that the remediation measures conducted for soil and groundwater have attained compliance with the selected standards for soil and groundwater established under the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act.
