PUBLIC NOTICE Intent to Remediate to an Environmental Standard. (Sections 302(e)(1)(ii), 303(h)(1)(ii), 304(n)(1)(i), and 305(c)(1)) Pursuant to the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act, the act of May 19, 1995, P.L. 4, No. 1995-2. Notice is hereby given that Cresco Realty, LLC has submitted to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection a Notice of Intent to Remediate a site located at 1 Weiler Dr., Barrett Township, Monroe County. This Notice of Intent to Remediate states that the site is currently an active brush/abrasives manufacturing plant. The site has been found to be contaminated with heating oil which has contaminated soil and groundwater underlying the site. Cresco Realty, LLC has indicated that the proposed remediation measures will be to characterize the soil and groundwater impacts, remediate, and collect attainment samples. PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF INTENT TO REMEDIATE Pursuant to the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act, the act of May 19, 1995, P.L. 4, No. 1995-2. ("Act 2"), notice is hereby given that J.A. Reinhardt & Co., Inc. has submitted to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection ("DEP") a Notice of Intent to Remediate ("NIR") a site located at 3319 Spruce Cabin Road, Barrett Township, Monroe County, PA. This NIR states that the site is an active aerospace manufacturing plant. Site soils and groundwater have been found to be impacted with VOCs, SVOCs and metals. J.A.
