Victoria Ann Lloyd

April 21, 1950 - January 16, 2023

Victoria Ann Lloyd (72) Canadensis, PA passed peacefully in her sleep Monday January 16th at the Wyoming Valley medical center in Wilkes Barre PA. She was surrounded by her supporting family who stayed by her bedside. Victoria attended Scranton Central high school, Marywood Scranton. She became a wife and entered into motherhood at the young age of 19. She was a political activist taking part in peaceful rallies advocating for American soldiers during the Vietnam war. Later she moved to Monroe county where she was HR director for Caesars pocono resorts until the early 90s, That is where she met her second husband, the love of her life John lloyd. The couple relocated to Canadensis PA to build their country dream home. They were employed together at Weiler Corp in Cresco, PA. Victoria remained there until retirement and was blessed to have made many dear work friends.

Victoria was a lover of nature and animals, she referred to them as: "all of god's creatures" she nurtured and rehomed many. She spent countless hours composing music at her baby grand piano while gazing out of her picture window, her pet african grey parrot perched on her shoulder. She enjoyed gardening and was an accomplished horticulturist. She was a proud member of her small community and always insisted on "supporting local". After retirement Victoria volunteered her time, talent and treasure helping the downtrodden and those battling addiction. She visited the sick and delivered meals. In death Victoria shared the gift of sight through "The gift of life donor program".

Victoria was always proud to say she came from a Polish immigrant generational military family. She is preceded in death by: husband John Lloyd (47), Army, father Stephen Osecki (79) Korean war veteran, brother Michael (52) Vietnam war veteran, brother James, KIA Vietnam war (20). Surviving are her mother Dorothy Mackarevich - Osecki (91) Korean war veteran, sister Christine Toole (Olyphant), nieces Genevieve (Olyphant), Shaneen Corso (AF) (Utah) nephews Stephan and Jordan, great nephew Joel and great niece Molly, son Jamison Incavido (FL) and 5 her beloved grandchildren Cadet Jonmikel (AFROTC), Cadet Dominiko (NJROTC). Cadet Kiva (NJROTC), Lynette Megargrle (Cresco) dearest friend and mother to twins Emmit and Indie Incavido. Victoria was looking forward to co-piloting and flying with her oldest grandson in Florida as she did with her father. The family requests from friends a personal prayer be made on behalf of Victoria. Thoughtful messages can be expressed through Millerbean funeral home website.
