Francine Amendolare

Francine Theresa Amendolare, 77, of Bullhead City, Arizona, passed away peacefully after a long and valiant battle with cancer with her daughter by her side.

Born in Huntington Station, New York, to Charles and Cecilia Sasso on September 28, 1946. Fran moved to Canadensis in 1980 with her husband Frank and her children to start a new life.

Over the course of her life, she worked in various industries, but Fran loved being a florist and owning her own house cleaning business with her friend Angie Scarangella. She and her husband owned Frank's Lobster Connection in Canadensis, Pa before moving South.

With a love for casino machines, she moved again and landed in the small town of Bullhead City, Arizona where she made it her home for over 12 years. The landscape in her backyard was the view of all the casinos on the strip in Laughlin, Nevada. She enjoyed playing the slot machines and was the owner of Frankie's Cab Company. She lived life through "Rose Colored Glasses"! She always had hope and believed the best in people. She loved talking with her cousins, occasionally being able to visit with family and helping everyone she knew in this town. She was loved by many and will be greatly missed by all those that filled her life. She ended everything she said with "I love you".

Fran was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Frank (September 16, 2017) and her daughter Theresa (May 6, 2017).
Fran is survived by her children: Jennifer Amendolare-Fisher (Matthew), Frank (Julia) and Joseph (Tamara). Her wonderful grandchildren are Amanda (Matt), Jimmy, Santina, Clifford Jr., Matthew, Isabella, Nicholas, Jonnie, Frankie, Timia, Mahayla, Enzo and Amalia, and great grandchildren Carter, Emma, Owen, and Lucas. She is also survived by her loving brothers Joseph and Charlie (Boopy) Sasso, her sister-in-law Phyllis Lynch and many nieces, nephews, friends, and cousins she loved dearly.
