Blue Ridge's main box coming into town is near the 447 / 390 intersection, as I've been told. And my service in Mountainhome has been fine - I am paying a little extra for a "commercial" connection with Blue Ridge but if I ever have a slow connection issue, I call and they have 4 hours to come out and fix it. Business class!
