We provide a variety of ways to quiet the mind, strengthen the body and heal the soul.
Our yoga classes range from beginner to advanced, and there are different styles offered such as; Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa and Chakra. We also offer private yoga sessions, fitness classes, Reiki healing sessions, Crystal Light Therapy Sessions and Ayurvedic beauty treatments. Workshops and Retreats are offered throughout the year.
