At the time of the public special meeting, the Supervisors will listen to comments by mem-bers of the public concerning the proposed ordinance. If substantial amendments are not offered to the draft of the proposed ordinance, the Su-pervisors intend to consider enactment of the proposed ordinance at the special meeting.

Public Notice is hereby given, that Monroe County Computing Board will convene at

7:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 16, 2023, in the Commissioners Meeting room 2nd floor Administration Building, Stroudsburg, PA Monroe County for the purpose of pre-canvassing and canvassing the Absentee and Mail-In Ballots.

One authorized representative of each candidate in an election and one representative from each political party shall be permitted to remain in the room in which the absentee ballots and mail-in ballots are canvassed. CDC guidelines will be followed during the canvass.
