PUBLIC NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING BARRETT TOWNSHIP ZONING HEARING BOARD The Barrett Township Zoning Hearing Board will conduct a public hearing at the Barrett Township Municipal Building, 993 Route 390, Cresco, PA 18326 on January 26, 2021 at 7 p.m. to consider the application of Lori Feneck for property located at 485 Henry's Crossing Road, Cresco, PA 18326, bearing tax parcel number 01.33.1.45. The property is located in a Light Industrial (LI) Zone and consists of .95 acres. Applicant seeks to erect a residence on the property and seeks relief from the side yard setback. The side yard setback is fifty foot on each side of the house under Zoning Ordinance No. 802(c)(5). Property owner seeks a Variance to allow for a 40.5 foot setback on each side of the proposed structure. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, it may be necessary to conduct this hearing virtually. China 3 Robbed (again) December 27, 2020

China III was robbed again last night. Police were on scene.

the owners said it looked like the same guy who robbed them last time and they ran toward cvs it happened in the parking lot as they were leaving
