Vandalism in Mountainhome 5/25/21

Vandalism. Just a heads up to people living near Spruce Cabin Rd, Henry Price, Cherry Lane, and other roads that are close. This evening 5/25 around midnight, I'm assuming, kids were throwing rocks at our windows. My husband turned the light on and they fled on foot. They also threw rocks at the car causing damage. I heard noises earlier in the evening but thought it was coming from inside the house. I'm assuming they were around the house checking it out not realizing someone was home. Police were called so reports could be filed.

#LibertyDay

May 18th is Primary Day in Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania is a “Closed Primary” state, which means that only registered republicans and democrats may vote for candidates in their respective parties.  Because of this rule, many registered voters falsely believe that they are unable to vote on this day.  However, Primary Day is often when special elections and referendums are voted on.

This May 18th all registered voters in PA, regardless of party affiliation, can vote on the referendums to limit the Governor's emergency powers to 21 days, unless extended by legislative vote.
