The Healing Lily Yoga & Wellness Studio is located in the serene Pocono Mountains, in the beautiful town of Mountain-home, Pennsylvania.  Here at The Healing Lily our focus is on holistic healing, such as yoga and wellness. We want to help you to become healthier, more balanced and more peaceful. We provide a variety of ways to quiet the mind, strengthen the body and heal the soul. 

Our yoga classes range from beginner to advanced, and there are different styles offered such as; Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa and Chakra. We also offer private yoga sessions, fitness classes, Reiki healing sessions, Crystal Light Therapy Sessions and Ayurvedic beauty treatments. Workshops and Retreats are offered throughout the year.

The Healing Lily class schedule

Monday:

• 8 - 9 am Senior Fit Workout (beginner) 

• 11:30 - 12:30 pm Hatha Yoga (Beginner) 

• 1 - 2 pm Senior PiYo (Beginner) 

 

Tuesday:

• 8:00 - 9:00 am Hatha Yoga (Beginner)

• 9:30 - 10:30 am PiYo HIIT (Intermediate)

• 10:30 - 11:30 am Hatha Fusion Yoga (Beginner/All Levels)

• 5:00 - 6:00 pm Antigravity Pilates Class (All Levels)

• 6:30 - 7:30 pm Candlelight Yoga (All levels)

 

Thursday:

• 2 - 3 pm Hatha Yoga (Beginner)

• 5 - 6 pm PiYo HIIT (Intermediate)

• 6:30 - 7:30 pm Candlelight Yoga (All levels)

 

Friday:

• 8 - 9 am Hatha Yoga (Beginner)

• 9:30 - 10:30 am Yin Yang Yoga (Intermediate) 

• 11 - 12 pm Chakra Yoga (All levels)

 

Saturday:

• 9 - 10 am Yoga Blend (Intermediate)

• 10:30 - 11:30 am Yoga Blend (All levels) 

• 12 - 1:30 pm Meditation Circle*

*Every Third Saturday of each month*
