The Healing Lily

The Healing Lily Yoga & Wellness Studio is located in the serene Pocono Mountains, in the beautiful town of Mountain-home, Pennsylvania.  Here at The Healing Lily our focus is on holistic healing, such as yoga and wellness. We want to help you to become healthier, more balanced and more peaceful. We provide a variety of ways to quiet the mind, strengthen the body and heal the soul. 

Our yoga classes range from beginner to advanced, and there are different styles offered such as; Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa and Chakra. We also offer private yoga sessions, fitness classes, Reiki healing sessions, Crystal Light Therapy Sessions and Ayurvedic beauty treatments. Workshops and Retreats are offered throughout the year.

1 pm - 2pm 10-20-30 Workout
2:30 pm - 3:30 pm (Anusara Yoga
4 pm - 5 pm Hatha Yoga
5:30 - 6:30 pm Yin yoga

7:30 am - 8:30 Hatha Yoga
9 - 10 am Chakra yoga
10:30-11 am Hatha Yoga

11-12pm Hatha Yoga
1-2 pm Hatha Yoga
2:30-3:30 pm Gentle Yoga
4-5 pm Vinyasa Yoga

2:30 3:30 pm Hatha Yoga
4-5 pm Vinyasa Yoga
5:30-6:30 pm Triple Conditioning Workout
7-8 pm candlelight Yoga

8-9 am Hatha Yoga
9:30 am Vinyasa Yoga
11-12pm Yoga Pilates fusion

9-10 am Any style yoga
