Reflexology is a homeopathic, non-invasive approach to promote health, and healing. By the application of gentle pressure to specific areas on the hands/or feet. Reflexology will persuade the body to correct itself.
What can you expect? I will focus on your individual, and complete health needs. You will relax in a zero-gravity chair, while I do all the work. By manipulating specific areas on the feet/or hands which correspond to each, gland, organ, and body system. My goals include, but are not limited to: restoration, and promotion of complete body balance, there-by maintaining optimum health conditions.
I pay particular attention to adjust the focus of every session relevant to, or current with your health challenges of the day. Different levels of improvement can be expected based on those challenges, and your individual responses during a particular session. I will offer suggestions, and/or recommendations specific to your current challenges, and devise a treatment plan based on your specific needs.
